Job Description

-Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with Company’s offices, Colleagues, internal and external Companies on a range of specified issues -Dealing with the Service Contractors predominantly for Maintenance related request -Daily supervision of the Service workers in all company’s buildings -Coordinates all relocation within offices -Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the organization, as appropriate to include maintenance, inventory management, logistics, security, and related activities -Assists with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of the office -Composes and prepares written documentation and correspondence for the office, screens and evaluates incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepares responses as appropriate -Identifying the requirements of Offices and Subsequent follow up to get the job done -Daily Coordination with Administrative Assistants of Company’s Offices -Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

-At least a Bachelor Degree in any discipline -Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified -Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control -Organizing and coordinating skills -Ability to supervise Service Workers -Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a large number of staff in a large Corporation -Knowledge of office management principles and procedures -English Proficient -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 25- 35
