● Fill in all kinds of documents including paper and/or electronic messages. ● Organize and arrange appointments as well as meetings. ● Reply to emails from your manager or other co-workers. ● Work with fax machines as well as other office equipment. ● Type letters and documents.

Requirements

● Being able to work in an interactive team environment. ● Self- motivated, spontaneous, and highly enthusiastic. ● Being disciplined and organized. ● Ability to communicate and cooperate with colleagues in an effective manner. ● Having moderate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Having B/A in English literature or translation. ● One year of work experience in a related occupational group.
