Job Description

-Receive phone calls and redirect them when appropriate -Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms -Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings -Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (English & Persian) (e-mail, letters, packages) -Make travel arrangements for executives -Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure -Maintain scheduling and event calendars -Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately -Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals -Handle problems and complaints in a calm, professional and timely fashion -Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information -Liaising between other staff and the Manager -Coordinating with Managers in a Global Retail company -Support administration manager to manage the related office tasks according to job profile -Documentation and document management in related departments and disciplines -Assist the department or discipline management team for daily works and administrations -Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents -Responsible for the drafting of various documents, binding and delivery work, timely processing of superior file receipt, transfer, reminders, complete the files recovery and return -Ensure that the daily administrative needs are fulfilled

Requirements

-Bachelor or above -At least 3 year experience -Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking -Professional in Microsoft office -Knowing a good system of filing -Creating presentation report -IT skills such as Photoshop and presentation -Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures -Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills -High level of organization and self-discipline -Ability to coordinate multiple activities -Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work -High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role -Smart and fast learner -Familiarity with the principles of document registration -Familiarity with financial software -Familiarity with office software (especially Excel) -Familiarity with accounting software -Excellent communication, organizational and written skills (Typing Persian/English) -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 18 - 38
