Job Description
-Receive phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
-Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms
-Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings
-Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (English & Persian) (e-mail, letters, packages)
-Make travel arrangements for executives
-Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
-Maintain scheduling and event calendars
-Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately
-Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals
-Handle problems and complaints in a calm, professional and timely fashion
-Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
-Liaising between other staff and the Manager
-Coordinating with Managers in a Global Retail company
-Support administration manager to manage the related office tasks according to job profile
-Documentation and document management in related departments and disciplines
-Assist the department or discipline management team for daily works and administrations
-Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
-Responsible for the drafting of various documents, binding and delivery work, timely processing of superior file receipt, transfer, reminders, complete the files recovery and return
-Ensure that the daily administrative needs are fulfilled
