Job Description

Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of projects. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Responsibilities: • Handle the recruitment process from posting job vacancies and issuing introduction letters • Monitor attendance system and providing finance with payroll reports on a regular basis. • Collect information and prepare reports in line with existing HR policies on a monthly basis and follow up indicators and willing to open problem solving tools to investigate issues. • Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll. • Conduct Training for the specified employees. • The HR assistant can be affected in another related role/position inside the company when it is needed, such as data entry • Additional responsibilities can be effect in the HR assistant mission.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in HR field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR function within an office environment • Familiar with labor law • Results orientation • Familiar with MS office • International mind set • Good interpersonal skills • Fluent English, writing & speaking
