Job Description

• Implement policies and lead responsibility and management of all corporate support staff and resources including corporate administration, logistics and services, security, building maintenance and internal purchase. • Preparation, adjustment and review of by-laws, circulars and administrative instructions necessary for submission to the relevant management and teams. • Maintaining consistency and quality of documents, reports and proposals for internal use • Training, guidance and oversight of the optimal subsidiary activities including all administrative, services and security operations; • Monitor performance of supervised staff and evaluation of them • Ensuring compliance with disciplinary rules and investigating violations of supervised staff • Planning for the supply of needed human resources and delivering it to the HR department for every team and function • Maintaining consistency of improvement and quality of security team performance by constant monitoring of the team and facilities. • Overseeing the affairs and process of purchasing consumables and equipment needed by the head office and ensuring that the unit consumables and supervised groups are supplied on a timely basis. • Maintaining consistency of improvement and quality of office facilities and equipment by constant assessment and monitoring procedure. Ensuring proper use of the facilities and resources in accordance with organization policies and rules • Preparation and monitoring the budget plan for all operations of the functions under supervision • Planning and managing transportation activities of the company, collecting office recyclable, unusable furniture and delivering them to the warehouse or selling them if necessary. • Preparation and adjustment of reports on the purchase, consumption and performance of subsidiaries to the relevant management • Representing the very best of company values and standards for all stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably in management or engineering • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of administration and procurement • Capable of managing at least 5 staff • Ability to communicate with people in all levels of the organization • Ability to work under pressure and after company working hours or holidays if needed; • Detail oriented and precise • Ability to create job processes, methods and policies • Ability to prepare management reports • Having people management, organizational behavior, time management and strong problem-solving abilities is determinate • Ability to make changes and improvements in procedures and methods • Ability to facilitate issues referred to the teams under supervision • Advanced MS office skills, e-mail and internet • Fluent in English
