Job Description

-Assisting Manager in personnel administration -Handling end to end of the recruitment process - To perform all necessary follow-up with the personnel in order to complete their personnel records - Maintaining and updating all records of personnel of the organization - Archiving all personnel correspondence - To perform follow-up and coordination with different offices to resolve possible issues - Doing administrative correspondence - Making sure that employee Rewards & Recognition is in place to increase individual employee productivity, Employee Satisfaction & Enjoyment of work, highly loyalty, retention, fewer accidents, lower negative effects to avoid absenteeism and reduce stress - Designing the proactive retention strategies for top talent - Facing the Internal & External Audits - General Administration


-Bachelor's or Master Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration -Minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience in related areas -Excellent knowledge of MS office -High level of personal motivation and an ability to work on their own initiative -Highly organized and action orientated -Understanding of the need to promote a company people orientated culture -Good interpersonal skills -Prepare and update the employment contracts and insurance documents -Results orientation -A good knowledge of employment law -People performance evaluation -Strong Follow up - Ideal Age:28-45
