- Preparing and revising the administrative regulations and procedures - Developing organizational behavior criterion and standards - Giving guidance and advice to managers for better staff directing - Strengthening the relationships between staff and their confidence in order to improve their performance and solve their problems - Assisting in the implementation of the business classification scheme and a justified payment and bounces system

- Female - Minimum bachelor degree - Expert in terms of labor law and good understanding of insurance regulations - Familiar with all office works and office organizing techniques - Professional behavior and attitude - Good communication skills - Reliable - Being able to work as a team member
