Job Description
•Main Objective:
We are looking for an Administrative Expert who be aware of the whole aspect of Admin tasks and Payroll calculation
• Main Responsibilities:
-Coordinate staff recruitment and Schedule and organize interviews
-Answering staff and other related persons to company's projects
-Payroll task with Rahkaran System
-Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using an integrated management system
-Contract Preparation and related paperwork
-Liaising with relevant organizations and clients when needed (Social Security Organization, Ministry of Finance, Labor Ministry)
-Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
-Controlling all administrative affairs, including attendance, Office cleaning and health & hygiene
-Staff control and evaluation
-Preparing Admin related procedures
