Job Description

- Contribute expertise in Accounting and Reporting, to the development of a long-term strategy for the Company - Manage, coordinate, and control all Transactional Accounting and Management Reporting outcomes. - Plan, coordinate and control each monthly accounting close, including the reporting of accounting information both internally and externally - Own, coordinate, and improve the OpCo’s reporting model, agreeing the most effective, minimum set of standard reports required to support local financial compliance, group consolidation of results, and analysis of performance for local management decision-making, co-ordinating commentary and business insights from local controllers - Anticipate, plan, address and resolve complex customer service issues with internal and external customers, including vendors - Champion use of Service Management processes, lean methodology, and a culture of customer-led, standardization and improvement within the OpCo - Support the development/improvement and implementation of processes, tools, templates, and support systems - Manage employees including recruitment, performance management, and career development - Drive own personal development in management, finance competencies, and business knowledge by implementing your development plan - Proactive involvement in new ERP implementation - Support budget planning - Communication & cooperation with auditors

Requirements

- At least BA, preferably in Accounting - At least 6 years of relevant experience in accounting/financial reporting & taxation - Very good analytical skills and good communication (oral and written) in English & Farsi - Ethical and reliable to maintain confidential information
