As the Accounting Manager your responsibilities will be: -Ensure accounting records compliance within regulatory requirements and accounting standards. -Prepare all accounting reports (internal and external), including internal monthly closing and external quarterly and 6-month closing with the best quality. -Prepare and submit reports on taxes and insurance and dealing with internal and external auditors, tax audit, insurance audits, investor relations team and etc. -Lead the accounting team, communicate effectively with them, keep a positive spirit in the team and manage the team's workload and recruitments. -Interact effectively with other teams and organizations and have a positive spirit when cooperating with them. -Provide optimized accounting methods on new business cases, partnerships and etc. -Make recommendations for process improvement, risk reduction and taking proper actions.
