Job Description

- Oversee and perform accounting activities for the respective legal entities under the scope of trading and shipping departments. - Oversee and perform monthly book close and account reconciliations for the respective legal entities under the scope of trading and shipping departments. - Manage bank accounts for trading and shipping departments. - MinGeneral accounting activities - Account payable ledger maintenance - Accounts receivable ledger maintenance - Fixed asset accounting and reconciliation - Cash accounting and reconciliation - Inventory and cost accounting - Handle AP queries from suppliers - Follow-up AR with customers - Ensuring adherence to group accounting and controlling guidelines - Implementation of policies and processes within BU accounting team - Developing team members for succession - Making sure that all tax and statutory filing requirements are met within the deadlines accounts receivables through constant follow-up with the customers
