Job Description

-Accounting including policies, procedures, payment processes, documentation, verification, use of accounting software -Internal reporting including quarterly and annual financial statements, monthly cash flow, income and expenses, financial ratios analysis, pay roll, internal audit -Budget management: make sure funds are spent properly and payments are made in time through treasury management, actual versus planned budget reporting, department and team budgets monitoring -External reports: prepare and submit all external reports on a timely manner and make sure the company is in full compliance with financial oversight, tax, and social security regulations. This includes monthly and quarterly income and sales expenses, annual tax filing, monthly pay roll and social security reporting, external and tax audit -Billing and Payment: Issue invoices for sales of services, administer all payments including bills and invoices, purchases, service contracts, pay roll, loans, bonuses
