We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with extensive accounting experience to join us. - The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. - This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Responsibilities: • Providing and interpreting financial information • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends weekly • Analyzing change and advising accordingly • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities • Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems • Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors and bankers • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines • Managing budgets • Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation • Plan, control, audit and analyze financial records and report to director Manager • Dealing with income tax, salary tax, withholding tax, VAT and Ministry of Finance and Tax issues and having direct contact with authorities. • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions • Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives
