Job Description

● Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. ● Document financial transactions by entering account information. ● Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. ● Secure financial information by completing data base backups. ● Maintain financial security by following internal controls. ● Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. ● Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. ● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ● Communicate effectively with clients. ● Support month-end and year-end close process. ● account/bank reconciliations. ● Prepare ad-hoc management reports. ● Preparation of financial records, including among other taxation, auditing, accounting systems.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience. ● 3 years of experience in a similar position in a medium or large-size company with relevant industrial sector experience. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● A supportive and open line-manager and colleague. ● Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel. ● Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
