Job Description

- Keep records of financial transaction and support documents - Controlling accounts and Reporting - Review accounts for discrepancies and reconciles differences - Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations - Prepare regular financial reports on a monthly/quarterly basis - Prepare non-routine financial data for management. - Preparation of comparative analytical reports - Preparing required daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial reports - Keep the records of customers’ budget (Records of pending Invoices and receive payments) - Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions - Construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management - Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems - Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports - Keeping a budget record of clients

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance - Good knowledge in Tax and Insurance regulations - Good knowledge in Salary and Wage system, VAT, operational tax, cost calculation, Letter of credit, Import and Export and preparing seasonal reports - Familiar with export and import process and commercial correspondents - Familiar with ….. and Oracle database - Excellent analysis skills and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team - Expert in accounting software - Computer knowledge; Windows & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Fluent in English (Writing and comprehension) - Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Self-development, Self-learning and Self-motivated - Work under pressure and meet required deadlines - Ability to execute, follow-up, and ensure attention to detail - High level of team working skills - Ready for traveling to other cities - Relevant experience in Cable, Wire, Petrochemicals and producer sectors will be considered as an advantage - High-level university and having a professional degree is a priority
