Job Description

- The monitoring, control and Record of the pricing of inventories and properties and the results of the verification of the accuracy of the collection of remittances - Monitor the conduct of calculations and the necessary control over the forms of warehouses and property - Placing property monitoring and Recording in financial systems - Controlling and Recording fixed assets card and depreciation calculations - Supervision to calculate the required provision amount for unpaid expenses at the end of the fiscal year - Recording of account documents, amount and value of property and assets - Control and supervision of the transfer of property and assets - Preparation of information on assets in accordance with the order of superiors - Control and monitor the sale or donation of assets and properties - Continuous follow-up on the company's property to others and a continuous report on the actions taken by the superiors in this regard - Planned monitoring and control of the delivery of properties to units and personnel and updating of the list of delivered goods at specified intervals. - Perform inventory/cost adjustments as needed - Assist in physical inventory audits - The Petty Cash controlling and booking for whole company
