Job Description

The position is responsible for booking and controlling the transactions of Raw Material (RM) of JTI. Meanwhile, he/ she should prepare all the necessary reports. Areas of responsibility: Controlling and booking: ● Post all local and overseas RM purchases in the accounting system and all related expenses such as customs fees and brokers and Post all RM usage during the month in accounting on time. ● Control that there is no discrepancy between the accounting system and the warehouse module and improve the quality of RM reports. ● Do the stock-taking of RM which is done on a quarterly basis and especially at the end of the fiscal year. ● Ensure all the J-SOX controls have been prepared on time and completely. Reporting: ● Deliver all the reports related to RM for the seasonal report, and month-ended closing such as realized FX, and intercompany.
