Job Description
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information in daily bases.
- Register daily documents and transactions in accounting system of SEPIDAR.
- Data entry and controlling
- Controlling bank Reconciliation
- Controlling and keeping of petty cash.
- Providing Daily and Month-end closing of the accounts.
- Book keeping and registration of company fixed assets.
- Providing and submitting weekly /monthly report of all statements and report (as per manager's request)
- Skilled in tax, insurance Skilled in salaries & wages, orders, cost accounting and depreciation, financial statements & tax returns
- Preparing Monthly Staff Payroll and Salary record.
- Familiar with accounts nature.
- Preparing seasonal tax reports and VAT as per tax law Iran.
- Monitoring all affairs of treasury including checking the bank accounts, issue the cheques, treasury accounting etc.
- Going to Bank & Insurance and Tax offices for company business work. (Anytime requirements)
- Assistant of Personal and HR requirements record such as staff leave record
