Job Description

Analyze and Prepare accounting entries, review and record accounting transactions, provide related reports, analyses the processes and detect the control risks. - Handle Overseas transactions - Manage intercompany transactions - To reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis - Fixed Assets Management - To deal with Tax authorities and SSO inspectors - To provide Monthly and periodic reporting and account analysis - To adhere to monthly accounting closing schedule for all related responsibilities


BA in accounting from a reputable university - 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting fields - Solid knowledge to issue, control, review and investigate all types of accounting documents - Solid experience of financial statements and financial report preparation for both internal and external parties (legal authorities) including but limited to tax and SSO reporting. - Good knowledge of tax and SSO accounting, accounting software, Excel - Fluent in English Knowledge and Skills: Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Law and Government — Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others.
