ASD Team Mission:
Main goal of Account Sales Development division is to develop and maintain power seller.
ASDs are the main PoC with Bamilo key accounts responsible to develop sales and relationship with strong sellers in terms of commercial and operational. ASD’s main goal is to increase sales of assigned key accounts through having the right product, at the right price in the right time by acquiring them from sellers. In other words, Account sales development includes not only sales but also building and maintaining relationship between a business and its most important sellers, resulting in seller and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for driving the best commercial performance of Bamilo Marketplace sellers and ensuring a great experience for them.
•Conducting periodic analysis in order to set the sales target for key accounts.
•Monitoring and tracking key accounts’ performance towards the target.
•Developing business plans for each account and provide them with strategic direction.
•Negotiating with accounts to get best deals and offering the right marketing packages to them
•Resolving all types of sellers requests including financial, operational, order processing, content, promotion etc.
•Sound solution provider for sellers issues and resolve obstacles on their way
•Accountable for day-to-day follow up with accounts to ensure tasks/monitoring are done (including: price comparison, campaign participation, financial and operational follow-up, etc.)
•MBA or a Master’s degree in Business, e-commerce, project management or any other related degree.
•At least 2 years working experience in Sales, Retail, account management or similar positions
•Deep market knowledge in at least 2 different product categories

•Willingness to work in an intensive and rapidly changing environment.
•Genuine passion for speaking to Accounts in their own language, answering queries and a clear communicator.
•Able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
•Strong problem solving and process oriented mind.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent Excel Skills
•Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
•Fluent in English
