Job Description

● Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base. ● Identify and evaluate business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. ● Set up and host client, meetings, and training sessions. ● Manage contacts and customer data; leverage the system to generate additional contacts and sales. ● Own and execute recurring structured account business reviews designed to focus on adoption, utilization, and critical business objectives. ● Lead the preparation of sales plans and forecasts. ● Identify and tailor solutions around clients’ needs. ● Engage in complex deal structuring and negotiation efforts designed to protect existing business and win new deals.

Requirements

● Excellent relationship-building skills. ● Ability to leverage your network to drive opportunities. ● Strong understanding of sales and customer service; can manage client expectations effectively. ● Time management, prioritize, and structure time to drive key activities and get results. ● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related fields like Management, Business, Electrical Engineering, etc. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● More than 3 years of experience as a B2B account manager or project manager. ● Fluent in English. ● A good listener who is genuinely interested in clients’ needs and can propose innovative solutions to their challenges.
