Search Ads is a one-year-old product of Cafe Bazaar and the team is growing very fast. We need resourceful, precise, and diligent people in our team to maintain the growth speed of our business. We are searching for that one person who can work with Sales, Operation and Accounting teams and help them to focus on their tasks. If you are an active, multitasking and organized person come and join our team.
- Be the voice of our clients and take responsibility and ownership of executing contracts which includes managing customer credits, invoicing and settlement activities.
- Detect contradictions of sales and accounting reports and improve processes in order to prevent similar issues.
- Schedule routines to deliver the given tasks on time.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with clients, and internal teams like sales, operations, and accounting teams.
- At least 2 years of Administrative and Accounting experience
- Ability to working with numbers
- Familiar with Accounting and Contracts concepts
- Excellent communication skills and eager to help others
- Having problem-solving skills and being able to multitask
- Having a great sense of responsibility and doing tasks in a timely manner
- Having a deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
