You will manage multiple client projects and will be responsible for communicating results and strategy to clients as their main point of contact in the agency. You must be creative as well as data-driven, and ultimately you are responsible for managing client expectations and communicating success.
As an Account Manager you will:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships between the company and the client
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the tasks according to the action plan and the timeline.
Communicate the client expectations to the team and individuals who are involved in the project.
Coordinate different tasks in the project.
Control and manage project budget.
At least three years of experience as account/project manager
Extremely organized and great at managing deadlines
Strategic thinking skills
Exceptional project and time management skills
Presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in English and Farsi
Fluency or working knowledge of English is necessary
