•As a Rahnama account manager your responsibilities include, but is not restricted to:
-Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
-Monitoring business relationship with our existing key clients
- Following up and communicating the account, opportunities and projects between the clients and the company
-Evaluating business opportunities, develop specific customer value propositions and plans for implementation and selling value added solutions
-Working closely with technical department to ensure partners services operate smoothly
-Interacting with product, marketing and other departments and colleagues to ensure alignment and follow up on customer requests and opportunities
-Gathering financial and operational data, preparing and analyzing daily and periodically sales targets
