Job Description

-Maintains and expands relationships with a large number of national customers -Represents the local assortment of company products and services to assigned customers and ensures assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company -Develops ways to grow the business -Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces -Conducting annual planning for the sales region and the respective top customers -Adapting forecasts for top customers -Developing and implementing sales initiatives and implementing business unit initiatives -Marketing the local range in compliance with the defined price bands and continuously developing the range with the TPM -The Pricing Desk/Pricing & Trading Desk Juice guidelines must be considered for sales from other ranges -The current market and customer conditions must always be considered

Requirements

-B.S. /B.A. in business administration, sales or relevant field -Proven experience 2-4 years in sales -Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels -Excellent organizational skills -Ability in problem-solving and negotiation -High level of team working skills and responsibility -Ready for traveling to other cities -Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines -Computer skills (MS Office, esp. Excel & PowerPoint) -Good communication skills -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines -Self-organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, team worker -Excellent command of the English language (Writing & Speaking) -Gender Preference: Female
