Job Description

The main focal point for all accommodation, soft service, and transportation-related processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising routine and emergency activities of the subordinates.
  • Managing 3 different accommodation camps and off-plot facilities.
  • Strategic and operational planning of logistic processes and resources, materials and labor, office and accommodation space, transportation, etc.
  • Daily verification and approval of work performance reports, and POB reports.
  • Transport fleet management.
  • Camp management.
  • Bed space management.
  • Preparation of work and purchase orders, requests for quotations, technical requirements, work service requests.
  • Service Contract section compliance checks.
  • Arranging special events.
  • Monitoring Canteen working process.
  • Drafting and approval of canteen menu.
  • Ensuring all the logistics affairs comply with Company HSE standards and requirements.
  • QC of the meals, housekeeping and transport services provided by the contractor.
  • Monitoring and approval of Contractor’s invoices.
  • Hygiene and food safety inspections, sanitary control in kitchen and food storages.
  • Monitoring consistency of the services provided with the invoices.
  • Office management.
  • Providing comprehensive support to all ZNV/KNGP/PVCMK Oilfield and BT staff.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in logistics and transportation; 5 years of managerial experience in logistics; at least 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry preferably in international projects.
  • UI English competency.
  • Ready to work under stress.
  • Ready to work for 4 weeks on-site and 4 weeks at home.
