The position

As a compliance coordinator, you will:

  • Compliance assistance: Assisting the Compliance Manager in compliance tasks and projects, including compliance monitoring, health checks, research, policy development, compliance training, and initiatives, process optimization, etc.
  • Documentation management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation within the LCQ department, ensuring compliance with internal policies and requirements.
  • Audit preparation: Assist in obtaining an appropriate level of readiness for regional or Group audits through gathering necessary documentation, conducting internal coordination, and necessary follow-up.
  • Functional monitoring: Assisting in monitoring functional units’ activities to ensure alignment with compliance objectives and directives set forth by the LCQ department.
  • LCQ functional assistance: Assisting the LCQ Director with daily tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
  • Coordinating arrangements for meetings, pieces of training, and other departmental activities as needed and providing support for material preparation, presentations, etc.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Following up on compliance tasks and objectives in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of in-house experience.
  • Strong presentation abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • An upper Intermediate level of English in both oral and written is essential.
