The LMT site is located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province and went into operation in 2020 and has 160 employees in total. The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.

The position:

As a supply chain flow partner, you will:

  • Coordinate production planning activities with Global Business Services (GBS) to ensure alignment with local requirements and facilitate smooth information flow.
  • Support test orders and new launches by collecting necessary information, requesting production orders, and maintaining accurate master data.
  • Promote plan stability by anchoring local requirements in scheduling rules and addressing critical supply issues in coordination with GBS.
  • Ensure the correct baseline for planning situations, future capacity loads, and demand calculation upstream, verifying feasibility of production plans and facilitating effective communication with local stakeholders.
  • Serve as an ambassador between sites and GBS, participating in relevant meetings, sharing knowledge with stakeholders, and providing support to the GBS planner team as needed. Additionally, assist in S&OP meetings with Iran Affiliate and maintain stakeholder management for effective collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the related positions.
  • Organizational, systematic, and structured mind-set.
  • Working independently and a dedicated team player with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
