The position

As an administrative specialist, you will:

  • Coordinate and administer operational tasks for Novo Nordisk factory, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and SOPs.
  • Oversee security and cleaning operations, including outsourcing staff management, training, onboarding and contract supervision.
  • Arrange employee's transportation, evaluate service providers, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Supervise canteen operations, manage catering vendors, and oversee food planning and delivery.
  • Coordinate purchasing of general admin consumables, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs while ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Overview of guidelines and SOPs of cleaning and security, Necessary edit and revision, train subordinates regarding the related SOPs.
  • Responsible for gowning and laundry of factory uniforms, include contract, vendor supervision, compliance with quality assurance team requirements and gowning availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any academic field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in performing administrative tasks (pharmaceutical industry experience will be an advantage).
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is highly preferred.
  • Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset with customer customer-centric attitude.
  • Analytical thinking and great communication skills.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English skills in both oral and written.
