● Prepare annual and monthly well service HSE plan.
● Supervise contractors’ HSE activities and conditions of implementing risk control measures through HSE inspections and audits. Follow up on the corrective actions.
● Compose HSE reports, meeting minutes, and HSE documents as required.
● Participate in accident investigations.
● Facilitate improvement of contractor HSE management system.
● Conduct HSE training related to well services for WAPAC local employees.
● Other works as required by the HSE manager.
Requirements
● Fluency in both spoken and written English.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
● Not less than 5-year experience in well-service operations.
● Not less than 3-year experience in HSE management.
● Valid IADC well control certificate.
● Give priority to the applicant who has HSE certificates.
● Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
