Logistics Supervisor

Job Description

● Monitor the entry of all raw materials. ● Control the correct receipt and arrangement of all input material. ● Organize inventory and storage area. ● Monitor on receiving goods based on available procedures (IMI) and send arrival notice to all stakeholders. ● Plan for improving the supervised employees' performance and prepare needed reports. ● Manage the workforce and make balancing between workflows to reduce overtime. ● Optimize the daily distribution of raw materials between warehouse and production and control them by using a FIFO method. ● Coordinate and supervise the implementation of all safety and security instructions in the warehouse. ● Provide timely reports of the raw material warehouse and distribution due to company KPI’s. ● Monitor inventory across different locations and transfer inventory between warehouses. ● Monitor on-time delivery of raw materials to the production department, 5S issues and etc. ● Participate in stocktaking in related warehouses. ● Control of all operations on the Pile-Turner machine based on existing procedures. ● Manage inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the data storage system.
