In the position of warehouse operator, you will be responsible for controlling materials receipt, in-house transportation, and shipment of products to Iranian affiliates ensuring the employer’s property is kept safe in accordance with relevant Iranian legislation and Novo Nordisk rules and regulations. ● Material inventory count in LMT in strict compliance with Iranian legislation and NN requirements. ● Ensure SAP and other stock-taking systems are handled properly and on time. ● Work with documentation of all Warehouse activities in strict compliance with Iranian legislation and NN requirement. ● Perform daily tasks such as reception, registration in SAP ERP, and put-away activity systematically as well as physical movements. ● Supporting production in material delivery and receiving back. ● Receiving the products from production and getting them ready to dispatch to distributions. ● Inventory control (compliance physical inventory with system SAP). ● Waste handling follow-ups and make sure to have a proper process of waste material control. ● Be in line with manager tasks and perform per request.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Technical fields of Business Administration). ● Drug and food manufacturing environment experience preferably international companies. ● Experience in warehousing and SAP, and ERP. ● Warehousing knowledge and supply chain familiarity. ● QC/QA process knowledge and experience. ● Communication and negotiation, teamwork, and time management skills. ● IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP system, and/or other warehousing systems). ● Language skills (Upper-intermediate level).
