Job Description
● Monitor dispatch scheduling in compliance with the service levels as aligned with the daily sales team requests.
● Close contact with our logistics service providers and sales team for timely deliveries.
● Dispatch planned quantity to customers.
● Responsibility for dispatch process: Monitor and lead the dispatch process to ensure all dispatch orders are being fulfilled on time, smoothly, and without mistakes.
● Monitor the identification of goods in the warehouse (for example: monitoring the ability to identify goods by installing labels or identification cards on warehouse shelves).
● Continuous physical control of warehouses in terms of quantity and number through item counting and compliance with the relevant CARDEX and warehouse software system and follow-up on possible discrepancies.
● Material planning according to the sales forecast and review of the monthly production.
● Plan monthly targets of sales and production for meeting the customer`s requirements.
● Supervise periodical warehousing.
● Monitor the activities of the warehouse staff.
● Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
