Job Description

In this position, you will organize internal and external meetings and events, management meetings, IM 2022, APAC management meetings, NIS publication and CMR head meetings, and more. ● Setting meetings for GM and management team: internal and external. ● Booking tickets, hotels, venues, and transfers for the management team (like Offsite). ● Arranging an Iran business review meeting including arranging tickets, hotels, and agenda. ● Preparing meeting minutes, and letters and doing the follow-ups. ● Collecting all slides for the Town Hall meeting, and consolidating and presenting the PowerPoint. ● Local strategic event invoice and distribution handling.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Political Science. ● 3 years of relevant working experience in administration. ● Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and in a global organization setting would be preferred. ● Fluency in English and Farsi. ● Fluent in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ● Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
