● Maintain, admin, support and troubleshoot of the VoIP systems based on open source solution.
● Check, track and fix announced problems with call and ticket until fully resolved.
● Develop monitoring and reporting call center systems.
● Analyze in Deep TCP/IP Networks and Services.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in any IT related fields, such as Software or Hardware Engineering.
● Having 2 years of experience as the VoIP systems based on open source solution.
● Having 2 years of experience in React, Java, MySQL and PHP.
● High ability in work organization and documentation.
● Superior of Linux Distribution (LPIC1,2).
● Good knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express System.
