Job Description

● Answer the incoming calls of customers specifically and politely according to the related scenarios. ● Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. ● Communicate with customers through various channels like telephone and email. ● Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. ● Keep records of customer comments and complaints. ● Communicate and coordinate with colleagues (Sales and purchasing) as necessary. ● Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. ● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. ● Report to marketing manager.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in related fields. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. ● Having excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. ● Having good customer relations skills. ● Having high self-expression skills. ● Enthusiastic in teamwork. ● Having effective listening skills. ● Excellent problem-solving capabilities. ● Multi-tasking ability. ● Having good negotiation skills. ● Fluent in Turkish or English. ● Gender preference: Female. ● Ideal age range: 22 to 30 years old.
