● Provide guidance to students with visa applications via email and individual meetings, including checking the final application prior to submission.
● Ensure all student documents are correct.
● Work closely with staff across the college on matters related to supporting international students throughout the student lifecycle.
● Process and manage admissions applications.
● Offer high-quality customer service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process.
● Prepare a list of fields of study and related information.
● Do admission affairs.
● Handle telephone and e-mail inquiries from potential students, parents, teachers, counselors, and universities.
● Enter information about universities in the CRM system.
● Monitor the applicants' response to the decision and provide information to the faculties about the applicant's status.
● Ensure proper treatment of international students and clients.
● Communicate with academic and administrative staff.
