Job Description

● Greet visitors and directing them to the right person. ● Answer and direct calls (to ensure that calls are quickly answered). ● Ensure that callers receive a satisfactory reply to their call. ● Take and relay messages. ● Receive and register courier parcels and distribute them to the relevant individuals. ● Register all incoming and outgoing couriers. ● Register and send the travel order forms to the relevant travel agency or airlines. ● Keep a copy of travel orders in the file. ● Work closely with the security of the building to facilitate the parking places and entrance of authorized guests. ● Coordinate and welcome VIP visitors. ● Register all incoming and outgoing couriers. ● General clerical and administrative support upon requests.

Requirements

● Minimum three years of related experience in archiving and reception tasks. ● Good communication and follow-up skills. ● Motivated, energetic, and hard working. ● Always have a positive and friendly attitude towards callers, visitors and colleagues. ● Microsoft Office proficiency. ● Understand English (Arabic is a plus).
