Job Description

● Implement educational needs assessment at the organization level. ● Review and analyze the organization's educational needs assessment. ● Hold the required courses and effective management of in-person and out-of-person courses. ● Evaluate the effectiveness of the held courses and prepare periodic reports. ● Participate in improving and improving the training process and instructions. ● Manage the production of educational content in in-person and out-of-person courses. ● Participate in promoting organizational culture. Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields. ● Proven work experience as a training and development specialist. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR field. ● Fluent in English. ● Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Strong communication and presentation skills. ● Familiar with training standards, especially ISO 10015.
