Job Description

  • Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness of training courses based on ISO10015:2019 standard.
  • Monitor the employee performance management process.
  • Participate in employee learning and development projects.
  • Design and deliver learning courses, workshops, and other training.
  • Design, plan, and implement career path and succession systems.
  • Design, plan, and implement employees' promotion and transfer process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • More than 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Age range: 25 to 30 years old.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Effectiveness communication skills.
