Job Description

● Responsible to Increase sales at existing channels and win the first moment of truth by affecting the shopper’s decisions before becoming a consumer at a POP. ● Develop and execute the trade marketing strategy and trade tools in line with the brand strategy and objectives (marketing strategy) to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs). ● Monitor the proper development, execution, and benchmark of all programs designed to increase brand visibility and Building good customer relationships. ● Supervise the day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Management or Marketing; an MBA graduate or equivalent post-graduate qualification in marketing from a business or aviation school. ● 3 years of experience in trade marketing within an FMCG environment. ● Former experience or background in sales is highly recommended.
