● Report, control and evaluate sales performance based on relevant KPIs.
● Sales planning and budgeting.
● Provide sales reports and dashboards.
● Evaluate and implement SFIs.
● Supervise, control, and report on trade marketing actions.
● Lead, coach, and monitor sales teams.
Requirements
● 3 to 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector in sales or trade marketing.
● At least a Bachelor’s degree.
● Experience in working with retail customers.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Fluent in BI, Varanegar, and Rahkaran systems.
