Job Description

● Responsible for leading the development of the trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business growth objectives across all product categories. ● Responsible for providing leadership in the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful programs. ● Responsible for generating and implementing the annual promotions calendar. Specifically responsible for the generation and implementation of Go To Market (GTM) strategies for both current and new products. ● Responsible for ensuring the success of new product launches. ● Responsible for sales team training on new product launches and promotions. ● Responsible for coordination and communication of product, price, and pack changes, specifically responsible for driving product assortment strategies – managing account segmentation and planning and customer classification. ● Responsible for managing and evaluating trade investment and trade promotion to achieve maximum ROI. ● Responsible for regularly conducting retail audit findings ensuring corrective actions are taken on market opportunities or market improvement. ● Responsible for generating, managing, and controlling the trade marketing budget. ● Provide insights regarding assortment, space requirements, the share of shelf, and financial productivity for category reviews to drive market share. ● Review category and sales performance on an ongoing basis to ensure continuous high levels of product visibility and availability. ● Build connectivity between category, sales, and marketing to ensure timely execution of the new project.
