Job Description

● Manage and lead the project team. ● Develop and maintain a detailed project plan. ● Task follow-up with engineers. ● Manage project prerequisites and deliverables in line with the project plan. ● Record and managing project issues and escalating where necessary. ● Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level. ● Assess risk and assemble mitigation plans, communicate and intervention. ● Manage project scope and facilitate the change control process. ● Monitor project progress and performance. ● Provide status reports to the project sponsor. ● Facilitate communication between sales/engineering departments and the customer. ● Liaison with, and updates progress to, senior management. ● Work on multiple projects simultaneously. ● Manage internal SMARTCentre projects for improvement. ● Produces project realization reports for post-project analysis.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electricity, or Computer Engineering. ● More than 2 years of project management experience in a technical field. ● Background in IT. ● PMP certification is preferred but not required. ● Expert-level communication skills. ● Organizational guru. ● Experience with process development, reporting, and documentation. ● Naturally possesses a positive attitude; finds how we can do rather than cannot do. ● Passionate about their career and eager to take on work. ● Emphasis on the quality of work. ● Experienced leader who is able to create a positive team environment. ● Willingness to participate in big thinking and fresh perspectives.
