● Advising customers on their orders by offering various products and technically suitable options.
● Selling the products and services to the customers of the company and convincing them about their usability and advantages.
● Developing, improving, and editing the sales reports, documents, papers, and sheets for the administration personnel and stockholders.
● Negotiating, and renegotiating contracts with customers, suppliers, and representatives.
● Monitoring shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolving problems related to undelivered goods.
● Developing plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers and executing them to achieve the sales target.
● Upholding the sales and marketing documents, forms, papers, and records on a regular basis.
● Developing and managing sales and marketing activities in the defined market segments.
● Submitting technical and price proposals to customers.
● Following up on every inquiry until reaching the desired result.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
● Fluent in English.
● Professional (speaking and writing) proficiency in German is an advantage.
● Experience in working in an international setting and/or in a commercial field is an advantage.
● Fluent in MS Office.
● Good knowledge of bank rules, credits, INCOTERMS, and relevant terminologies.
● Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to achieve the sales targets.
● Self-starter, outgoing personality, flexible and enthusiastic to learn.
● Extremely organized, able to work under pressure, and capable of multitasking in order to meet deadlines.
● Ideal age range: 20 to 30 years old.
