Job Description
We are looking for a technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions in our tech department.
Responsibilities:
● Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
● Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
● Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
● Identifying appropriate candidates and assessing their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
● Tracking hiring metrics.
● Compiling and delivering weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on recruitment and selection.
● Researching and implementing the best way/tools to identify and attract candidates.
