Job Description

We are looking for a technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions in our tech department. Responsibilities: ● Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. ● Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. ● Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. ● Identifying appropriate candidates and assessing their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. ● Tracking hiring metrics. ● Compiling and delivering weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on recruitment and selection. ● Researching and implementing the best way/tools to identify and attract candidates.

Requirements

● Analytical understanding of the recruitment process in general, and updated information about how recruitment teams of other big tech companies work. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other related fields. ● More than 2 years of experience in recruitment. ● Knowledge of recruitment platforms. ● Age range: Maximum 35 years old. ● Fluent in English. ● Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). ● Work experience as a recruiter in the IT industry or a similar role. ● Proficiency in MS Office.
