Job Description
- Coordinate, motivate and follow-up with operational teams, external partners and senior management to ensure detailed and timely execution of project - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Fully responsible for results of assigned projects - Fully responsible for project performance and success according to organizational and business standards - Develop project plans, project analysis, and collaborate with senior management to specify goals, schedule tasks, identify risks, develop contingency plans and allocate resources - Audit projects according to contracts with costumers - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget - Manages customer expectations; identifies / creates additional opportunities out of the ongoing projects - Take an active leadership on problem solving - Project status report to manager and control project department as needed - Manage the project finances based on risk situation
Requirements
-Ideal age: 28-35 - Minimum B.Sc. in IT, computer, electrical or telecommunication engineering. M.Sc. in business fields is a plus, - At least 3 years of proven experience on implementing technical projects in field of network, security and datacenter. - Having network (active and passive) certificates - At least 2 years of proven experience on management of middle and large-scale technical projects. - Knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools - Familiar with PMI PMBOK2015 standard - Strong verbal and written communication skills is required - Good English and computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) - Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities - Excellent teamwork, communication and negotiation abilities are highly required - Ability to work under minimum supervision - Ability and flexibility to work in non-routine and high-pressure situations - Leadership capability - Problem solving capability - Multi task capability - Eager to achieve challenging targets - Based in Alborz or west of Tehran - Working hours: 8:00 -- 16:30 Sat.-Wed. - Travel requirements: Occasional (inside the country)
