Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who will provide secretarial, administrative, and planning support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in a high-performing environment. Role description: ● Manage correspondence, reports, and documents, obtain management orders and deliver them to relevant employees and prepare management letters, reports, and documents. ● Organize and plan tech internal events. ● Follow up with tech team members. ● Follow up on all tech requests from finance, legal, and human resources. ● Organize all documents in Tech pertaining to the company's internal or external procedures. ● Perform minor accounting tasks.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. ● Advanced communication and personal skills. ● Creative in solving problems. ● Excellent attention to detail. ● Experience in assisting or equivalent role is required. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ● Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. ● Ability to handle multitasks. ● High ownership and being responsible and proactive. ● Experience in accounting is a plus.
