We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who will provide secretarial, administrative, and planning support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in a high-performing environment.
Role description:
● Manage correspondence, reports, and documents, obtain management orders and deliver them to relevant employees and prepare management letters, reports, and documents.
● Organize and plan tech internal events.
● Follow up with tech team members.
● Follow up on all tech requests from finance, legal, and human resources.
● Organize all documents in Tech pertaining to the company's internal or external procedures.
● Perform minor accounting tasks.
