● Review and handle inquiries, indents, and material requisitions from customers relevant to the field of activity.
● Communicate with suppliers for providing technical and commercial proposals
● Daily follow-up with customers to monitor and finalize the status of current proposals.
● Handle purchase orders received from the customers.
● Review MTO and attached technical specifications and prepare technical documents such as deviations list, TCL and etc.
● Create and develop databases required by the QA/QC unit of the workshop.
● Supervise the performance of QA/QC personnel and monitor the proper execution of quality methods and instructions (quality assurance) of the project.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
● Familiar with piping equipment including Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Flanges, and High-Pressure Tube Fittings.
● Familiar with piping standards and codes especially related to pipe, fittings, and valves (API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, NACE, etc.).
● Familiar with CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS and CATIA.
● Self-driven and detail-oriented.
● Sufficient knowledge of practical software such as MS Office.
● Communication and negotiation skills.
● Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
