Technical Advisor- Industrial Cakes: Responsibilities: ● Support customers in formulation, legislation, and production line. ● Implement new solutions/products on the production lines of our industrial clients. ● Collaborate closely with R&D and sales teams. ● Perform tests and trials in the pilot line and laboratory before the implementation in the industrial line. ● Visits customers regularly. ● Constantly look for new business opportunities in the industrial market (solution to reduce costs of our clients, improve performance, …). ● Train colleagues, customers, and salesmen in GolnanPuratos product & process knowledge. ● Prepare reports.
Requirements
The Technical Advisor contributes to the success and implementation of specific solutions for large accounts in collaboration with the R&D and Sales teams. He/she is able to convince key people internally and externally and implement proposed solutions at the customer, thanks to his/her extensive know-how and hands-on expertise of the customers' applications, processes, and our products. ● 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in industrial cake production lines. ● Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Food Science; Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred. ● Expert in industrial processing (Equipment, operating procedures, and settings, …). ● Understands functionality of ingredients/additives, packaging materials in industrial cakes. ● Knowledge of Local and international legislation in the field of food science. ● Knowledge of international best practices in the production of industrial cakes. ● Dynamic person with analytical, problem solving, and hands-on-skill, interested to understand customer needs. ● Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, passionate and respect. ● Fluent in English.
